About Me

I am a licensed professional counselor and master addiction counselor in Oregon, providing virtual and in-person counseling for teens, young adults and families in central Oregon.

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest where I discovered my love for the outdoors and developed a passion for helping individuals and families find greater depth and healing in their relationships

My approach to therapy is a deeply relational one. Recognizing that we can’t heal from our wounds unless our pain is held, honored, and met with compassion, and yet sometimes we need encouragement to bravely step towards difficult spaces in our lives, I strive to find the most effective balance between challenge and compassion with each unique individual I work with. I would be honored to walk beside you as you pursue healing, life-giving relationships with yourself and others.

Teens & Young Adults

An energetic approach with teens and young adults that focuses on helping individuals and families thrive as they explore and embrace ways to live more in line with their values.

Trauma

Create safety, reconnect with your sense of self, and heal through body-based, integrative therapies including brainspotting, trauma-centered-trauma-sensitive yoga, and more.

Addiction

Find freedom through recovery that blends deep, attachment-focused work with practical strategies for overcoming all forms of addiction.

Grief and Loss

Therapy is a place where your pain, your emotions, and your story will be held and honored as you navigate the difficult journey of carrying on while missing a piece of your heart.

Anxiety

Experience a different approach that's less cognitive (trying to out-think anxiety) and more focused on discovering and processing the deeper wounds, experiences, and systemic factors that are causing your nervous system to not feel safe.

Depression

Recovering and healing from depression involves a process of honoring the roots of our pain, processing unaddressed wounds, and bravely facing the darkest places in life.
